Flying Discs Are Back
This week; Files cover the Top Ten List of Habitable Planets, Moon and Mars
have artificial structures and. Atmospheric 'sprites' captured. Photos of
discs from Ohio, Washington, and Mexico.
Unidentified Flying Objects were spotted over Alabama, Arizona, California,
Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, New
Hampshire, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, South Dakota, Pennsylvania,
Tennessee, Washington, and West Virginia. UFOs were seen in Argentina,
Australia, Canada, India, Mexico, and the UK.
These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists,
but my hypothesis is that of the over one hundred UFOs reported each week,
many represent alien craft. The United States Air Force Blue Book Project
conducted a worldwide investigation of UFOs from 1947 until December 1969,
when it disbanded its investigative team. We are continuing the
investigation and make the assumption we are not alone in the universe.
Sacred ancient writings and our earliest structures such as the pyramids,
and artifacts on the Moon and Mars point to alien intelligence. I observed
an alien UFO on my radar and London Control had us intercept the UFO over
England. Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter, the first director of the CIA
stated, "These UFOs are interplanetary devices systematically observing the
earth."
Air Force General Nathan Twining wrote, the considered opinion of this
command concerning the so-called "Flying Discs":
a. The phenomenon reported is something real and not visionary or
fictitious.
b. There are objects probably approximately the shape of a disc, of such
appreciable size as to appear to be as large as man-made aircraft.
Let's look at some of the evidence.
Top Ten List of Habitable Planets.
Washington -- Margaret Turnbull of the Carnegie Institution released her
"top 10" list of potential stars with planets having potential for life.
They will be the first targets of NASA's Terrestrial Planet Finder, a
system of two orbiting observatories scheduled for launch by 2020." This
includes nearby stars of the right size, age and composition to have
Earth-like planets circling them. "There are 400 billion stars in the
galaxy, and obviously we're not going to point the Terrestrial Planet
Finder... at every one of them," said Turnbull. So, on behalf of NASA and
the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence, or SETI, she narrowed down
the list to stars with planets with liquid water orbiting them.
Variable stars, which grow hotter and cooler, probably would not be
conducive to life, so they were thrown out, as were stars that are too
young or too old. Some are too gassy to have spawned planets like Earth,
which contains a lot of metal. Others have massive companions whose gravity
could interfere with the steady conditions needed for life to evolve.
Turnbull's Top 10 List includes 51 Pegasus, where in 1995 Swiss astronomers
spotted the first planet outside our solar system, a Jupiter-like giant.
Others include 18 Sco in the Scorpio constellation, which is very similar
to our own sun; epsilon Indi A, a star one-tenth as bright as the sun; and
alpha Centauri B, part of the closest solar system to our own. "The truth
is when looking at these so-called 'habstars,' habitable solar systems, it
is hard to really rank them. I don't know enough about every star to say
which one is the absolute best one," Turnbull said.
Jill Tarter of the SETI Institute, set up after U.S. government funding for
the program was cut, said the current budget threatens other astronomical

Mars Structures
Norman Bryden writes, "In this image section from a photograph taken by the
Mars Global Surveyor, I have discovered what looks clearly like a large
lake of liquid water." Notice the absence of rough craters in the image.
This shows a fairly modern history of formation, and that the area is
geologically active. Observe the lighter band left of center. This terrain
is very different than the surrounding terrain. Take a look very closely at
the shorelines. The shorelines that have not been disturbed are smooth and
very well defined. They wave and meander just like any undisturbed lake
found on Earth.
Now look at the light band between the two smoother and darker terrains.
The shore line is very different. There are squared off corners and boxes,
straightened lengths of shore and smaller boxes and crosses where the water
fills what looks like bays. There is also a channel or river to the upper
left that flows down to the lake. On both sides of this river channel the
shore lines have been modified with straightened sides and corners. Various
other areas of the lake have also been squared off into bays to the right.
Other areas of the terrain look to be fairly recently modified in
geological terms. The lighter band also looks segmented into geometric
capsules that look very much like populated housing in satellite images of
Earth that you can see built near the shores of lakes and rivers. I have
lived near the Charles River near Boston most of my life and have looked at
satellite images of the coast and the river many times for comparison to
the geography of Mars. This is very similar. Check out the satellite images
yourself on Google Maps which works well for this purpose. This is strong
evidence Mars is geologically active, has regions of lakes, rivers and in
some images what looks like oceans or seas. This is also strong evidence
that Mars has an intelligent species that has greatly modified the terrain
differently than random acts of geological processes. So many well defined,
structured and sharp right angled corners are strong evidence of
intelligent design.

Some people reported last weeks Mars Global Surveyor photograph of the Twin
Towers on Mars did not show so I have sent it again.
Norman writes, "To the top left are two very light markings that looks to
be the top of two twin towers or buildings reflecting light. Rectangular
shapes can be seen standing up next to each other below the light markings.
Just above and slightly to the left of the dark lower left marking is
another tower shaped building. What looks like windows or portals can be
seen on the sides and top. If you follow the tube like structure to the
upper right corner of the image, you can see a giant arm chair shaped

Moon Mining
Keith Laney writes, enlargements made from both Apollo and LO photography
show anomalous structures and sites of mining on the moon. I believe these
are remnants of structures that used to be much larger and more defined.
The solar wind from space has eroded down many of the sites. This photo
taken during Apollo shows a close up of a possible mining site. If you look
along the inside of the small crater, you might notice this little bit of
what appears to be a technical remnant, or a very strange almost
mechanically linear arrangement of rusty stone, or some other sort of
mechanical debris. There are also other curiosities lying about, I've noted
some of them by arrows.

Atmospheric 'sprites' captured
NewScientist reports, "Mysterious flashes of light called `sprites", that
occur above thunderclouds during powerful storms, have been captured on
film in unprecedented detail by researchers using an ultra-high-speed
camera. The best images yet of the flashes - which resemble a giant
undulating jellyfish with its tentacles falling from a halo of light - have
allowed the team to pick apart their structure and mechanics. Sprites are
fleeting events, which normally last between 10 and 100 milliseconds." In
summer 2005, researchers from Duke University, and collaborators from FMA
Research in Fort Collins, Colorado, kept a watchful eye on the skies above
Yucca Ridge Field Station hoping to capture sprites in action using their
7000-frames-per-second camera. "The whole structure develops a lot in one
millisecond. So by going with the faster video we really see all the pieces
and how they develop in time," says Steven Cummer, assistant professor of
electrical and computer engineering at Duke's Pratt School of Engineering.
And with so much energy being pumped into a small region, Cummer says
sprites may drive atmospheric chemistry that does not normally occur. "The
significance at this point lies in what chemical effects these [sprites]
may have on the upper atmosphere." The researchers say sprites typically
begin at an altitude of about 50 miles (80 Kilometres) in the sky in single
spots where the electric field creates spark. Those produce falling
"streamers" that branch out as they fall. Much brighter, thicker channels
follow, expanding upward from the original spots.
Editor's Note - UFOs videotaped from the Space Shuttle often hover over the
sprites apparently in an effort to take on energy.

Arizona Black Triangle and Disk
Mesa -- On January 14, 2006, at about 7:30 PM, my girlfriend and I were
driving home when I noticed a large bright yellow orb moving fast about 4
miles away. This orb was following our vehicle off to the left of us, but
was moving closer. When we got home the orb was gone, but I decided to look
for it about 8 PM, and saw that the orb was nearby. It moved very slow,
without sound and had drastically dimmed to an eerie dark glow with the
shape of a black triangle.
There was a red light on the front tip, and two red stationary lights on
the two back tips. The lights were dim, and lit up the image of the
triangle. It would drift away, turn around and return as if it was rotating
in a long, slow circular pattern. It went on like this for about two hours.
At one point, the triangle's red tip shot out a faded yellow light beam.
Then at 11 PM, it shot out a small white orb sideways that changed its
course and flew back inside the triangle. Eventually the triangle drifted

ELOY -- At about 11 PM, on January 29, 2006, while driving home on i-84, I
looked up and noticed a large disk shaped object slowly, almost floating,
moving in a southeast direction about 1000 feet high two miles away. It was
huge some 500 to a 1000 feet' in diameter and several stories high with
numerous lights of different colors flickering on and off. I pulled off to
the side of the road to watch the disc slowly glide through the air. As it
passed over the travel center I got back in my truck and sped up Sunland
Gin Road to get a closer look. I chased it as far as Arizona City and

Alabama Four Lights Going In Circle
Cusseta - On February 10, 2006, at 8 PM, my two daughters, my wife and I
were driving when my wife asked, "Do you see those lights?" After a minute,
we all saw four good sized round lights going in a circular motion. They
met in the middle and went through each other flying in a perfect circle.
The ends of the lights had an ora or dust coming from the tail end. They
were moving toward La Grange, Georgia but my wife thought they were
stationary. We watched until we got to the store, and people in the parking
lot looked up and saw the same thing. Almost every night we see something

California Landed Cigar
Amboy -- At about 7 PM, on January 29, 2006, driving in the desert when we
saw a cigar shaped craft on the ground with rapidly moving lights. The
craft was about 15 feet high 20 feet long and had six wings and six legs.
There were neon colors moving around on the craft rapidly, going in every
direction and changing colors. The body was longer than it was wide and it
was flat on the bottom. There were three wings going horizontally on one
side and three on the other side. In the middle of the wings there was a
half circle of the color pink that was not moving. The craft was on the
ground and the legs were extended. We were driving in the desert and passed
about 20 feet from it. There was another car in front. After driving about
two miles we both stopped and decided to turn around and go back, but the

Los Angeles -- Photo Ana Luisa Cid Reports: "The image of the Zeppelin
belongs to Eduardo GarcA=ADa and was taken on February 8, 2006 in Los
Angeles, California at 5:52 p.m. using a Nikon D-70 camera. These photos
were taken with a digital camera and suggest the possible presence of
"chance UFOs" that were not visually noticed by the witnesses. Thanks to

Connecticut Orbs Among Contrails.
SHARON - George took a series of photos of chemtrails and within the images
are oddities like orbs and fully and partially cloaked machines. Glints of
the orbs occur as they move in different directions. Thanks to George

Florida Glowing Red Balls
South Tampa -- While traveling north bound on the Howard Frankland Bridge
at 10:30 PM, on January 21, 2006, my wife and I witnessed a strange UFO.
Halfway across the bridge my wife asked, "What is that up there?" A strange
twinkling light was changing from red to yellow and white very quickly over
South Tampa. It was slightly descending in a tight corkscrew pattern.
Suddenly the light emitted glowing red balls that were larger than the
object and with a much brighter luminosity. I thought there may be flare
exercises over Mac Dill Air Force Base, but these balls remained luminous
for only a few seconds.
Then, the object made the most stunning emission of a flood of sparks and
was like a comet making lazy circles speeding up and slowing down. I was
hypnotized by the beautiful object. The sudden turns and decreases in speed
were amazing. The flood of sparks flew in a lazy corkscrew with a bright
yellow light split from the head of the object and rejoined a few seconds
later. The event lasted 10 to 15 minutes until buildings obscured the view.
The annual Tampa Gasparilla Parade was taking place but I am not sure the
times. I am a 41 year old Graduate Student in History and my wife is 32 and

Indian River -- At about 11 PM, on January 28, 2006, my girlfriend and I
saw a very big object that was orange and white in color. It looked like it
may have had black squares on it. The object was heading north and turned
west without making any noise. It moved very fast and had a very weird

Illinois Big Sphere Blasts Off
Wheaton -- I was formally in the air defense artillery and know most types
of aircraft, but on January 26, 2006, I saw an amazing large, bright, globe
shape sphere in the southern sky at a 45 degree angle, around 6:30 PM. I
was the size of a 12 inch softball at arm's length, that seemed very far
away. The sphere, started to get smaller; as if it were moving directly
away from me until it was out of sight. This whole process took less than a

On January 25, 2005, at 7 PM, we saw an object over Midway Airport with
sparking lights. I decided to stop my car and take a few pictures, but it

Centralia -- On January 25, 2005, at 9:30 PM, the first time in my 60
years, I saw a large object at least four semi trucks side by side with
very dim lights flying very low over Highway 51. It made no sound at all
and flew south for 10 to 15 seconds before fading out completely. I did not
hear any news on the radio or tv and I was alone The object was very low
and the temperature was in the high 20s. Just before I noticed it coming
from the southeast every dog in the neighborhood was howling, and when it
