Hi  Maurice, I have also the same problem, the sistem crash after executing
7PNOU,   I   still   don't  know why. So I  decode the 7+ bul with this bat
file, it works fine­

Edit the last file  with your text editor, name it as you want, I have called
the mine one TSTPLUS.BAT, copy this file to the directory where you got the
file 7PDATA.FWD for 7+ decoding, then call  it from the start TSTHOST bat file,
beware of the path­, you have to call the bat file after TSTHOST, so every time
you exit the program, the bat file will try to decode the 7+ files, it is very
fast and clean, try it­.

This is an start.bat example for the KAM tnc:
