Use TSTHOST with FlexNet instead of TFPCX it works much better.
FlexNet can be found at http://dl0td.afthd.th-darmstadt.de/~flexnet/index.html
The modules you need is pcflex, ser12 and tfemu.
This is a batch file for loading flexnet and tsthost with the modem on com1.
