I read from OK1MPI, about unproto messages accumulating while out of the QTH.
Unfortunatly, the maximum (default) are 800 lines. We often reduce that
value to less to gain some memory.
What I suggest is to put some commands like Writebuffer into a file then
delete the unproto list and restart again. Try to get REBOOT.COM from FBB
and also in your .CRN file add the reboot.
TSTHOST.CRN can save your life, even start your coffee maker with proper
interface (of course). All you need is IMAGINATION; all outside DOS
commands are preceeded by RUN so the sky is the limit.
If it is for just your personal messages, you're better off with T.O.P. and
use macros to get your messages without Unproto. If your homeBBS is a
Baybox or equivalent you can get all buletins you want with the macros
built in T.O.P. without Unproto.
