The above responce from KB2VXA - warren shows his ignorance of how things
work. Trent, indeed, has no internet connection. His local BBS has no
internet link, it runs dos6 and fbb7 for DOS with two (2) vhf radio ports
as the sysop here does not believe in phone"y" amateurs.
As anyone, with a little knowledge, knows, you don't need the internet at
your home location to run irlp. As for Trents bulletin arriving at warrens
location via the internet, this just shows that somewhere along the line a
bbs is using internet forwarding.

"NOT Trent and NOT his local BBS".

Please warren, in future, if you have nothing nice to say then DON'T say
anything.

VK2JSM - Steve, sysop of VK2JSM BBS.

PS:- The internet is a very handy tool if used correctly. Programme updates
are easier to access and keeping in contact with our NON amateur friends is
much easier than snail mail...
