I must have missed that episode of Star Trek.
Surprising as they have all been repeated around 5 times in the last 20
years.

Currently we have TNG, Voyager (which I don't watch) and DS9. I notice
they don't repeat '....Final Conflict' perhaps they are a bit ashamed of
it.

DS 9 has some similarities to the much better Babylon 5. I am glad I
bought it because I can watch it every couple of years or so.

One very Trekkie thing I notice is the clam shell mobiles which are still
in fashion over here. Every time I see an episode of TOS or early TNG and
they use their communicators, I think how old fashioned thay look.

Mostly people here use bar, slide or touch phones, according to
income/preference. My latest 'phone is a Samsung Tocca Lite, the poor
man's version of an iPhone but, not having a car, I don't use the
bluetooth earpiece so I don't look as though I have been assimilated.

Enjoy your hot WX, Pete and Warren, here, we are finally struggling into
the mid 20s C (Low 70s F) and the rain is much warmer. As for air
conditioning, in England, even people who have it as standard in cars
still refer to it as "the heater."
