Makelist is for TPK users who, for whatever reason, can't get unproto
headers from their BBSs.
It was written by Roger Barker, G4IDE in 1994, prior to writing Winpack,
when he was using TPK.
His doc is in the zip. It just makes TPK operate like Winpack in the non
TPK mode, you can still use compressed up and download. TPK splits the
sessions automatically.
