Does anyone know if TPK can be made to work with Flexnet and a Baycom
modem . I did a few tests down loading 30k 7+ the results are below
tncded with tfxuart 15 minutes 45 seconds
tncded with tfxport 9 minutes 22 seconds
tncded with tfpcx286 12 minutes 9 seconds
Baycom and Flexnet 7 minutes 5 seconds
The tests where done at 3 AM in the morning when no one else was using
the BBS . The problem with using baycom is that the signal into and from
the BBS i am using is very low and i frequently lose the connection and
have to start all over again , where as with TPK it just picks up where
it dropped out .
