ZL1BU/TPK 1.83b Msg #:229 Date:23-02-99 Time:20:12 NZDST
Hi everyone, I have a problem when my TPK program is loading, It runs ok
until it gets down to Servers List. I will list the problem as it happens
during start up (loading)......
Servers List:
C:\ [my callsign]\TPK\COMPHDR.EXE
# of Msg Headers from [BBS callsign.....] 534
# of Msg Headers from [BBS callsign.....] 534
# of Msg Headers from MSG_PRIV......... 35
# of Msg Headers from MSG_PRIV......... 35
# of Msg Headers from MISC...... 369
At this point the program stops for a few seconds after which a red box
appears in the middle of the screen stating "Error in CONFIG.TPK press any
key"
At this time I press Esc which takes away the red box (it will
dissappear by it's self if left for a few seconds), By pressing Esc again
the program runs ok from here but cmd:eh appears after the MISC....369, i.e.
# of Msg Headers from MISC....... 369cmd:eh
and a string of cmd's instead of the usual two cmd's appear, i.e.
cmd:cmd:cmd:cmd:cmd:cmd:cmd:cmd:cmd:cmd:cmd:cmd:cmd:cmd:cmd:cmd:cmd:cmd:cmd:
cmd:cmd:UNPROTO was [BBS callsign]
cmd:cmd:
Everything works ok from here...I hope I have explained my problem clearly
enough and I look forward to receiving any help you can offer, many thanks.
