The nationaly agree limit is 5 x 5K parts, where the DCC got 10 parts from I

Yes, well we all know about DCC guidelines. The RSGB or DCC do NOT run the BBS
network, the SysOps who own the BBS do and they say what BBS carry and what any
limits are not the RSGB or DCC.
