I am running TPK with my KPC-3 TNC I am not sure exactly how to configure
it to work with my TNC but here is what I did. I unzipped the KAM.ZIP file
into the TPK directory I then edited the CONFIG.TPK file to take out the
dual port features and the alarm for f1cbn (or something like that) then I
added all of my information (well this is what I added to the end of it
all)

then I took all of that french stuff out of the CONFIG-X.TPK file actually
I left that file totally blank I dont care about the buffer filling up so
mon off is not that important to me plus if I get it working good the computer
wont ever be turned off!
Any way after I did all of that I send a SYNC command:
BR KA7FHA SYNC
Everything looks fine it sends a line to the BBS (yes my unproto is correct
in my TNC) and then the BBS starts to send all of the message headers to
FBB via W7WAT-5 (which is the callsign to BALDY) I tried changing the
Unproto and Connect lines to W7WAT-5 and nothing helped it wont collect the
headers (well that is what I am figuring) because when I press ALT-L I get
automatically dropped into the MSG_PRIV area and I dont get a window with
KA7FHA and MSG_PRIV (like a friend of mine has but his lines read BR KA7FHA
C KA7FHA and BR KA7FHA U KA7FHA in other words hes closer to the BBS and
can reach it direct also he is running a TNC2 which makes it easier for him
there also. Well any help would be appreciated I thankyou for your time!
