Do _N_O_T_ put BR MSG_PRIV E K into your CONFIG.TPK, this will give some
disaster the day you are in a hurry and stop your TPK on your way out the
door, with some PERSONAL mail for download. When you get back and start up
your TPK again, there will be some overwriting of eksisting mail in your
MSG_PRIV list. The more killed mail you had, the higher the overwriting
will start. It is something happening when the BBS-mail-number is converted
to your TPK-mail-number, that will make this problem.
I have put the 2 clean-up commands into the SHIFT-F2 and SHIFT-F3 keys,
that gives me the choice to make clean-up, whenever I need it.

Not totaly right ;-)
The file is a kind of a binary file. First of all it is not lines of 80
charaters, but one single line, with 80 charaters for each mail at the bbs.
And I've never found any TAB's in it, only blank's to fill up the 80
charaters. And also I've had a frind to write me a small program to cut up
the long BBS.LST file to a BBS.TXT file with 79 letters and a CR at the
end, this makes the editing much easyer. When I'm finnished, I let the
editor find and replace the CR with a blank space, then the BBS.LST file is
back as it should be.
