If your local BBS has just upgraded to FBB version 7.00 and you are now
experiencing problems with FBB compressed forwarding then check with your
BBS sysop that he has set your 'user status flag F'. This is new in FBB 7.00
and he may not know about it. He can set this using the 'EU <callsign>'
command.

Details of this new flag are not well documented and suggest the sysop looks
at the FBB software manual section 8 - EU command where it is mentioned.
