Hello Danny PA2SNK., and anyothers....
I was reading your posting, and I think it was to do
with Gervais VE2CKN a brother ham here in Quebec, Canada
and I might add an ex-sysop of a BBS.
I sent him a "pdf" file which was that mannuel, I think
you were also of mind to send.
If there is someone else, I didn't see it listed on the
BBS over here, but that comes close to the information
in your posting.
