Now your talking about two things.

The title of your bulletin refers to the Tiny 2 tnc and now you've
mentioned the Winpack PMS.

The tnc's own PMS is definatly B for bye etc.

The Winpack PMS as you correctly say uses the "/" preceding the
commands. If it's the Winpack *software* PMS not responding then
you might have the Winpack PMS turned off.

In which case you go to OPTIONS in Winpack and the ENABLE REMOTE option
to be selected. That allows Winpack's built in PMS to work.
