Hi, Warren.
I will go to my browser and see what the internet has on MHD power
generation. I did mention tha t Pete VE3WBZ did know about it as we spent
just a few minutes talking about it on Skyp and he told me that the water
needed to be pure,not salt and nothing conductive on the river bed either.
He obviously knew all about it so it did not form a long discussion,
though we talked for over an hour. He is a great bloke BTW, very
interesting and knowledgeable on a wide number of subjects so I am not
entirely to blame for that marathon ratchet :-)
If I find anything on MHD, especially if and why it was abandoned, I will
try to copy part of it as a packet bull:
