LOCATOR2.EXE calculates six character "Maidenhead" grid strings from
latitude and longitude, and vice versa. It also calculates distance and
azimuth angle to a second station of given latitude and longitude and vice
versa. Distance is given in kilometres, miles, and nautical miles.
