Greetings everyone, and those in WIND @WW etc...as I am trying.,
Or had problems with which to address this posting.
The Province of Ontario, has announced the construction of another
Electric Generation Plant. No not Nuclear .... wind Turbine, or
any of the rest ...but a Natural Gas Plant for generating electricity.
Never heard where they were going to do this, as I came in late
to the newscast. Saw the ticker below carrying that news, as it
ended.
As for Solar and these panels, we have quite a few on the street
and they are working. Haven't a clue if the folks that installed
them have reached the point where this work has paid for it's being,
nor have I seen any maintainance, so thats another thought.
Along with this, I noted a few of my sialor friends have followed my
lead and installed or have clipped to the sternrail a solar panel
for energy to power the cabin,marker and radio <VHF marine>...etc.
They've also found out that interior old blubs are out and led bulbs
for lighting make more sense....as well changing the naviagation
bulbs to LED ones. Caravaners as they call them in some parts
of the world .... RV'ers or Travel Trailers have done the same.
On the boat, my solar energy panels or disks were solutioned to
the cabin roof, so no need for me to have a temprary place and
by being part of the deck or cabin they are serviced easy.
Same way with the RV < Caravan >.
As for wind, well nothing yet up here, on the meetings that the
public can attend, but I am going to try be there, an I wonder
to if they Anti-Win Turbinites will be there too...should make
for a great exchange between them the GREENs.
As a addon, before I go to cut more firewood.... 1c here and
depressing ..... Motion Lotion prices they say went up
from CDN $ .85:6 per litre. I think CDN $ .03 ... and
it is based on the stock market crude oil prices which I feel
are tied to what we pay at the pumps for regular.
Been reading in WARM @WW and WIND @WW ...so carry on ...I only
tried to combine under ENERGY @WW ...
