Same here Andy.

We have a cupboard full of spares but have never needed to replace a
single one since first using them and that must be getting on for ten
years. 

Oh, and they give a great light. We use small ones in table lamps and
my "Bankers" lamp is cool to the touch using an equivalent 60 watt CFL
whereas an ordinary 60 W bulb makes the entire lamp too hot to hold or
move.

All my CFLs are Phillips manufactured.
