May I suggest if anyone is looking for suitable capacitors for such 
projects to try J. Birkett (advertised in PW) or Mainline Electronics -
http://www.mainlinegroup.co.uk/ (I use both for my bespoke requirements).

No point giving out addresses/phone numbers because you really have to
see the ads or website to look up your requirements before purchase.

However the C801A100pF ranges from 4.5pF to 100pf from Mainline seems to
fit the job nicely for such a project [Tel:(+44) 0116 278 0980] at just
under 13 quid.  This version requires M2.5 screws for fixing to a front 
panel but if you want the nut fixing on the shaft version then it's the 
C804 version you'll need.

J. Birkett is worth trying as he often has cheaper prices assuming he has 
what you want.
