hi all
however contoversial mobile phone masts may be the debate on them is
already impacting on planning aplications for AMATEUR mast aplications
in as much as they use the only defence against G.D.O applications ie
they are visually obsructive and do not blend into the area as a reason
for dissmissal of aplications this has been brought about by recent
changes to planning regulations
a monopole mast for AMATEUR use of 5mts in height which would have been
considerd de minimus is now being turned down on visual grounds
as i found out after my recent house move to a bungalow
