Hi Readers, (Updated May 07)
Here is the current list of the ever expanding collection of TECH buls.
Not all 237 buls (inc this 1) will be on your local BBS yet, but they will be
soon. At least 2 bulletins are sent each day, so the whole lot is repeated
about 2-3 times a year. Some of these files are large, not split up. Most BBSs
use a bulletin timeout (1-3 months) so you may have less than 100 bulletins
available to you at one time. (Note for BBS SYSOPS, please delete old versions
if you have no default timeout set up on your BBS!)
There are often updates to these files, as I Rx feedback on them etc. The date
of the last significant update is included in the 1st text line of each
bulletin, so it can easily be compared (& download aborted) with your own files
to see if you need an update. The file set is not numbered as this would
exclude new files in the subject set etc.
Most of the files use the very efficient 8 Bit ASCII graphics, code page 437 or
850 see below!

If you like reading these buls please reply, any comments/updates welcome.
Copyright is waved for all my buls, as they are for the benefit for all, please
leave the callsign on the work.
Most of these buls at one time or other, have been repeated on club websites
(eg. in Spanish) in far less efficient formats like PDF, BMP, PCX, GIF, JPG.
(not really suited to packet) see www.theskywaves.net or do a search on G8MNY.
Try writing your own buls & make packet radio more interesting! See my "Making
ASCII diagrams" bul on how to do it.
If you have problems viewing or printing the 8 bit ASCII Graphics, see my bul
"Y Extended ASCII Graphics" for compatibility solutions on most platforms.
Why Don't U send an interesting bul?
