Joking aside, this was the scene on on Walton cliffs courtesy of our contest group - and yes, they did fall down and the
aerials were a little wrecked. That's my Dad, (ex G6PZT) looking up at the array - and I'm led to believe this pic made front
cover of RadCom towards the end of 1992/early '93.
The contest group in question was the "Windbreakers", now part of the Colchester Club. They operate as G0VHF and
M1CRO.
