Here follows the remainder of my last bulletin::--

I am still having trouble with Winpack and that last bulletin went before
I edited it to say that I know the latest cell phones play music and do
all sorts of wonderful things but some of us are still using the older
models. The remark about morse code may not apply to the latest models,
and I did not intend to say the telephone companies themselves used the
morse code. IT could have been an option in the cellphone as well as the
wondrous noises they make when a call comes through.I had no way of
telling. I also have heard CONNECTED sent in morse code coming from a cell
phone.
