A comparison, Dick. My ADSL costs $A29.95 a month. In US dollars that is
just about $US21, and we consider that expensive! We have one problem in
that Telstra, the one time Government owned company, owns all the
infrastructure, but also runs in competition with the private companies.
Rather like running a taxi company in competition with private taxis but
owning all the petrol!
