That's right. There are two formula but they assist the user to determine
what losses will be incurred in terms of resistive flow to RF.

The main one requires no knowledge of conductor type, instead you just
use the resistance per unit length you're going to use and a guage size
in order to determine the K factor.

Personally I don't have any interest in skin *depth*, I just wanna know
it's ohmic resistance to RF hence the use of the included formula.

I guess those who operate on the food cooking bands or other spectral 
extremes might have a desire to know it, but not me ;-)

The second formula included informs the user of the conductor cut off 
frequency, the frequency at which the conductor of a certain size (entered
in millimetres) starts to suffer a detrimental skin effect and hence higher
losses. This is given in MHz.

These are my preferred methods and useage, you're preferred approach may 
be different from mine due to other RF interests.
