PROPOSED LOW BATTERY ALARM (NOT TESTED)

If anyone is interested in the thread about low voltage alarms then
here is my proposed circuit that makes do with a 555 IC in the absence
of a dedicated comparitor IC being available.

CAR BATT

Set the off v resitor to control what voltage will make the output to XX
go high, and the on v resistor just needs to be set at the voltage
above the off to ensure that XX is low.
