Measure it. You know the impedance is 75Ohms, so measure the diameter
of the inner and and outer and put them and the impedance into the formula.
Zo = (138/e^(1/2)*log(D/d)
where D is the inner diameter of the shield, d is diameter of centre
Zo = impedance and e is the dilectric.
>RG 58 is .66.
Do you mean velocity factor though and not dielectric?
