Try your local caravan centre as they use a split charge system for 
charging up batteries and also use an output splitter which does what you 
need alternatively try a truck company as I used to work on artics and on 
refridgeration wagons they have 2 batteries for the fridge unit and use a 
change over sensor which measures the voltage then when it gets too low 
on both batteries it will use both as an input and keep voltage to 12 or 
24 volts as required.
