your work is very interesting!
I wrote a documentation titled "VGA programming in C and ASM" which you could read in my
home page ... unfortunately it's written in italian language ... I haven't time to translate it, but I
think the source code should be understandable for a programmer like you (there are also a
lot of illustrations).
I hope you'll try useful my docs!
