Hello: I work in a 30 metre high fire tower, spotting forest fires. One of
the things I do to pass the time, when there are not smokes to spot, is play
with ham radio, uh, mostly hf. I put up a couple of end fed wires this summer
and have been enjoying them. I find that they have a good swr on 2 metres.
was wondering if anyone else has played around with, end fed wires on 2 metres and if you had to use some kind of matching device? If so what did you use?
