	Hi all readers,

	I noted a while back somebody asked for this circuit.... who?

	Anyway I see it was auto-decoded in this BBS so I resend it as
	useful tech info in case it hits the requested spot.

	Thanks go to the unknown originator of course.

	There is also the eprom based "state machine" circuitry used in
	the original TAPR TNC2 and some of its official clones.
