Oh of course..
Lets make Africa useful..
I mean have you thought about how many solar panels we could putn there ?
And then connect to our national grid ?
Or the nuclear waste we cold dump there after we've filled up Australia ?
Opposition ? - who cares, just let them know that without western aid all

Just think...we could divide up Africa like Berlin - a British, American
and Russian Sector and have fun taking pot shots at anyone trying to cross
the borders ;-)
