The Earth works in cycles of warming and cooling, night and day summer
and winter are the most noticeable but others a much longer term, we
have come out of a ice age and are now on the warming cycle several
other cycles are in the warming faze and nothing man can do is going
to make any noticeable difference, we have gone through freeze and are
heading for fry, once there you will get your global cooling want it
or not.

30 years back it was much cooler and much at least in the UK more
polluted only rarely could you see more than a mile or two and often
not the end of the street, now I can often see the Isle of Man 60 odd
miles away buildings were filthy now many have been sand blasted and
have stayed clean fish swim in rivers that nothing live within 6ft
of 30 or 40 years back, it could be argued that pollution cools the
Earth not warms it.

No scientist relying on research grants is going to come up with any
answer that would bring a end to the gravy train they are quite
bright people after all.
