This reminds me of a good story I heard once which went something like this:

An American firm placed an order with a Japanese firm for 100,000 electronic
components, and specified that the number of components that did not meet
their specifications was to be ten or less.

After a week or two a large package arrived from the Japanese firm, and when
the Americans opened it they found the components neatly packaged, plus a
small plastic bag labelled "10 faulty items".
