You mean to say there is no such thing as an error-free program? I know
of and have written many such error-free programs. Simple ones like
safety control programs are easy to make error-free. Not everything that
a man does must have errors!
Electronic sensors and circuits nowadays are so safe that the chances of
them failing in such a way as to cause a dangerous situation are so slim
as to make it a risk that is acceptable. If you want to live in a world
without any risks, then you are living in the wrong universe.

Well this is a cause for concern. These should be replaced with properly
set up reactors, but this does not happen presumably because of a lack
of money.
