Make coil 2.5uH and resonate with a 30-300pF capacitor.
This will allow approx 6Mhz - 18Mhz to be tuned.
The coil can be made by using a former 50mm long and 40mm in diameter.
Plonk on 10 turns of wire and thats it.
Happy listening (not sure what you'll hear with a crystal set but at
least it will be educational.)
