Hi All
I am trying to find any information regarding the programming procedure
for the old 74S287 / 82S129 fusable proms. I need to know the programming
sequence / timing / voltage & current limit etc in enough detail to enable
me to build a hardware programmer.
If you have a fairly ancient TTL Databook gathering dust somewhere would
you check if the above devices are listed and if the datasheet has any of
this information ?
Any information will be greatly appreciated.
