Hello technicans,
has anyboby read G8MNY's article abt "K" pip tone generator?
I think there are two problems in the schematic diagram.
Maybe mistakes in the diagram.
1st: How can the generator hold high level on gate A of IC2 via
a condenser (C4)? Time constant is only 10 millisekonds.
2nd: What happens while "K" runs and you press PTT again?
PTT is low - T2 is open - from 9 Volt line will flow
a high current via T2 an D8 to distroy battery or the other
two components.
