dear Hamfriend, with a lot of attention I always read your interesting bull's
about the different sort of technical topics..
Always finally question: Why don't you you blokes (free expression, hi) write
even interesting articles?? Simply due to two reason: Language and
a profound knowledge, which you obviously have..

Desinging a project and explain it in the way that no one can tell you any
about misunderstood knowledge..

So pse forgive us, hi

Your article concerning the antenna-design I like to introduce my
dipole which even is not my "invention" but doing a phantastic job.
It was "DX-pedition-proof" by a German specialist on this field, dl1vu, who
is one of the specialist on antennas. Simple but highly efficiant:
2x 6,5 Mtr, fed by a "chicken ladder" ((Open Wire Feeder)

I, I confirm it, was very doubtful as I red it first times but becaue
ee because it was exactly the space I had on my surface between a
pine tree and the roof of my condominiom I tested it and I was amazed how
how good this antenna is doing the job from 7 MHz upwards..

Nothing spectacular, off course but I am happy that hams with the
background of skills introduce such things (I remember well your article
concerning voltage regulation with Z-Diodes and Voltage regulators, really
helpful to me.)

So pse do not hesitate to go ahead, even if there may be not too often a feed
back, it is not "lost in the space"

All the best
Klaus
