Hi Ken,
There are some more waterproof inkjet formulas about, but no inkjet print is
absolutely waterproof.
For B&W printing you will find that nothing beats the quality or waterproof
outpur of laser printers. You can pick cheap new home/office type lasers up
for 50 and top quality high capacity second hand commercial grade ones up for
around 20.
