OK, here we go again, please pay attention this time. (;->)

The name given to the bomb dropped on Nagasaki was Fat Man and had 
nothing to do with Joyce whether or not she was fat. Just as well, I 
think Oppie would have ended up in the dog house!

Now just stop and think a minute and you'll answer your own question 
regarding the Nazi heavy water experiments. Scientists at the time were 
hardly ignorant of nuclear fission and fusion, they were working on it 
all along anyway since the days of the Curies. Now if word got back that 
the Nazis were working along those lines, don't you think it would raise 
a red flag?

As for the A-10 to deliver an atomic bomb to New York which was the plan, 
it would have been a Kamikazi mission since by that time we had rid our 
shores of the U Boat scourge. Just another bit of the plan to think about.
