The Pringles can "antenna" is nothing more than a piece of circular waveguide
with a probe feed. The can is a little small for an optimum antenna at 2.4
GHz. The networking claimed antenna gain is quite a bit greater than measured
at a CSVHF conference a couple years ago. Its not a yagi, nor a great antenna
compared to normal ham microwave practice. But its super compared to a chassis
mounted rubber duck dummy load.
