Hi Michael and readers,
Ah, how you bring back memories of Runion Music & Games, a distributor of
Rowe-EMI jukeboxes, pinball games and video arcade uprights. I was a
technician who repaired these coin robbers and can tell you they used a
whole lot of proprietary components, that is with their identifier rather
than the manufacturer's. I went through hell trying to obtain the Rowe
documentation and could only come up with some schematics and this as an
employee, so GOOD LUCK. (;->)
FYI, Thorn-EMI produced the Omen series of motion pictures which should
tell you that when Damien owned Thorn Enterprises all HELL broke loose.
(;->) Seriously, until recently the parent corporation was Rowe
International and their holdings read like a laundry list, they own a
good sized chunk of the entertainment industry!
OK, that leaves you with just about one option, test the components
yourself. Setting up a test jig and measuring the parameters shouldn't be
all that difficult, especially if you use a curve tracer or oscilloscope
set up for the purpose.
