Greetings all ...

In response to a comment somewhere about DC blackening one end of a tube I
reported an installation using a 4-way rotary switch which reversed the
polarity each time it was switched on - privided they were used properly.

I have no idea Harry, in fact I know very little about anything, and I was
not interested enough to find out.

If the supply was DC and the tubes would run on DC, which they did, I
cannot see any need for an inverter but, as usual, I am willing to be
educated !!
