Hello all,

I hate to throw a monky wrench in the gears of this discussion, but
here's something nobody seems to have noticed.

Considering the high accuracy and stability of standard reference
oscillators from the very beginning and now their use in PLL circuitry I
see no need for the device under discussion.

This is a very interesting and helpful TO field overall, but in this case
I simply see nothing useful in something that not only serves no purpose
but is needlessly complex and problematical in it's application. Sorry
folks, this one is a bomb.
