     --------

The LS sees 2x the voltage of a normal single amp arrangement. That is 4 times
the power, eg a 4R LS with 0V & 13V DC on the AMPs may give +/- 12V peaks to
the LS. Peak power = 12 x 12 / 4 = 36W peak, = 18W RMS.

Or for typical commercial Disco amp may use say a +/- 90V 22A PSU to power a
bridged amp into 8R LS load to give a peak power 179 x 179 / 8 = 4KW peak, or
2KW RMS. Although this sounds big they are made this size!

The inverter could be just this....

                     -----------+ve
                    !
                   1K

                   1K +
                    !
  ------------------------------

but it is more usual to attenuate the inverted O/P of one of the amps by it's
gain factor to feed the 2nd Amp, but you do get more distortion that way.
