Hello

I am looking for a circuit that would charge NiCD batteries until they are
fully charged, and then either switch to a small trickle charge current or
switch off.
The input to the circuit preferably 12V>13.8V and output current between
500mA and 2A (or more (variable?)) charging batteries between 4.8V and
7.2V

Can anyone please help me in this regard?
