I would immagine that somebody has plugged their LAN card
into a different antenna, but- aren't these devices operating
(at least in the US) under Part 15?
I don't think such a practice is allowed by the rules, unless you've
bashed your PC card and put it on Amateur frequencies...
Look into it B4 you try it....
