Pi & Pi-L OUTPUT NETWORKS FOR RF POWER AMPLIFIERS.

The program is in two parts. For given RF power output, RF
plate/anode/collector volts and external load resistance, the first part
computes either the L and C component values of a Pi-L network or of a
simple Pi network.

The second part allows the L and C values to be varied in fine increments
while observing how the input impedance of the network varies. The network
input impedance is the load presented to the amplifying device: triode,
tetrode, bipolar transistor, FET, etc.

In particular the input impedance can be observed as the tune and load
capacitors are varied as in an actual amplifier. Or as frequency is varied
off-resonance up to harmonics of the carrier frequency.

The program can also be used to compute L and C component values of Pi or
Pi-L impedance matching networks between any two resistances. The phase
delay through the network can be specified if needed for particular
applications.
